Bronze engine

About Us

From a very pretty village on the borders of the Haute Loire and the Ardèche named Le Chambon sur Lignon, we are two old friends who, after our professional career, once retired, decided to associate “separately” in a project, a little crazy, to show our contemporaries and future generations that a combustion engine could be a work of art.

We make hand-made mechanical sculptures of emblematic engines that we have known in our youth . motorcycles, cars, aircraft ….

After a busy career in manufacturing and tooling in a jewelry factory, having worked for the “luxury” greats, Jean François brings his experience and expertise essential to the realization of sculptures.

A former classic motorcycle racing driver, Jean Michel never tired of contemplating his Tribsa, an explosive mix of Triumph thrusters in a BSA chassis. Admiring the curves of the English engine, he decided to create works of art.

His sculptures of Triumph engines, in white bronze or red bronze, magnify the work of the people who worked on their design and manufacture in the last century. For this first opus, the work of the two accomplices is absolutely remarkable . each sculpture is unique and numbered.

It is through other mythical engines that they now look. they obviously think of the engines of old air-cooled machines, at a time when motorcycles were not disguised as manga and showed shamelessly their mechanics. All they need is the models. So if you have a Vincent or CBX engine to lend, no doubt they will make a sublime interpretation…
