FAQ

Here are the steps to place your order on the site 

1-Go to the site and note the model you want.
Fill out the form on the «modalities» page specifying Customizations (Bronze color, base..) and payment terms.
In return you will be informed of the estimated manufacturing and delivery time or the condition of the Eventual stock.
2-Confirm your order by return email specifying your country and the delivery address ,the amount of shipping and the delivery time will be specified.
A payment link or payment information will be sent to you by email.
3-Once payment has been made your order will be sent to the agreed address as well as the tracking information of our delivery provider.

What are the payment methods?

We accept the following credit cards: Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, as well as payments via PayPal. You can also pay by bank transfer or bank check. In this case, your order will be validated upon confirmation of your payment. We take fraud and respect for your confidential information very seriously, which is why all payments are subject to 3D Secure validation.

How do I pay by credit card or PayPal?

After choosing your payment method a link or PayPal information necessary for payment will be sent to you by email.

How do I pay for my order by bank transfer?

Choose the payment method “bank transfer” at the step of the form “payment methods” confirm your order, once you have placed your order and thatwill be validated you will receive our bank details and instructions to make your transfer. Your order will only be shipped once we have received your transfer. Note that the processing time of a transfer after receipt until validation of your order is between 3 and 5 days.

When will my bank account be debited?

It depends on the response time of the banks: the debit can be immediate or take up to a week to be effective. The delay may be longer for countries outside the euro area.

How do I know the amount of import duties and taxes?

The Price indicated on the site is TTC excluding customs fees this means that you must provide that customs fees will be payable upon receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accurately determine the amount of customs fees or import taxes. However, you can contact your local customs office to find out the amount of the import. If you have any questions, please contact us at moteur-bronze@laposte.net.

How to know the amount of shipping costs?

The amount of the shipping costs and the delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of payment and are dependent on the delivery addresses

Are payments secure? 

We take fraud and respect for your confidential information very seriously, which is why all payments are subject to 3D Secure validation. Under no circumstances does engine-bronze.com store or have access to your bank details. Similarly, for all payments via PayPal, PayPal ensures the confidentiality of your banking information.

How soon will I have an answer to my offer?

If payment is accepted, the artwork will normally be sent to you. You will receive an email to inform you of this validation then you will receive another email later as soon as the work is shipped. Your payment will then be retained. 

 How can I change my order?

Once the order is confirmed, you can always contact us if you wish to change your order at moteur-bronze@laposte.net

How do I change my address or delivery method after placing an order?

You can contact us at moteur-bronze@laposte.net who can modify it for you if it has not already been sent.

What are the delivery times?

It can take less than a week to two months to deliver a work, depending on where you live and where the work is shipped. As soon as your payment is validated your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us indicating the name of the carrier, the package number and the estimated date of delivery.

However, be careful to open the package in front of the carrier and to issue a reservation on the delivery note if you have the slightest doubt.

How do I track my package?

Once your artwork is sent, you can read the carrier and the tracking number, this information is sent to you by email. You can then go to the carrier’s website, indicate your tracking number and track the delivery. Do not hesitate to contact us at: moteur-bronze@laposte.net for any questions regarding the delivery of your work.

Why is it important to check the condition of the package and the product during delivery?

Once your package has been prepared by us, it is forwarded to the carrier who will deliver it to your home. We prepare the package carefully, but despite all their efforts and in some rare cases it happens that the package suffers damage during transport. It is therefore very important to check in the presence of the deliveryman:

– The condition of the package

If the package is damaged or has any abnormal traces.

– The state of the work

If the work is broken, scratched, damaged, non-compliant or incomplete.

In any case it is necessary to notify on the delivery note the statement that you made during the verification and/ or refuse the goods.

Thereafter, we advise you to inform us of your situation via the email address moteur-bronze@laposte.net. The written notification of any damage allows us to open an investigation with the carrier.

Why do I have to pay customs fees?

If when ordering it is indicated under the delivery charges: “excluding customs fees”, you will have to pay for delivery customs fees that correspond to the import tax. These fees will be payable directly to the carrier who will contact you. If you would like to know the amount of the customs fees before placing an order, we invite you to contact the customs agents of your country who can tell you the applicable rate. It is then necessary to add to this tax the application fees whose price rises from 15 to 80 € according to the carriers.

How do I get my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent directly by email in PDF format after receipt of your package.

Who should I contact if my artwork arrived damaged/broken?

Something went wrong during your order: the work was not delivered, it does not meet your expectations or it arrived damaged or broken? These misfortunes can happen, we are deeply sorry. Please note that you have 14 days from receipt of your work to make a claim. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the work to us, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Only the price of the purchased work(s) paid when placing your order will be refunded in full once notified of the good reception of the work.

Shipping and return costs will be at your expense. The work must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. To use your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to the following address: moteur-bronze@laposte.net

How do I cancel my order before shipping?

You can completely withdraw before shipping your item (you receive an email to inform you of this shipment). For this you can contact us at the address moteur-bronze@laposte.net We will immediately refund your entire order.

How is a refund made?

When a refund is made, the amount is re-credited directly to the account linked to your payment method used when ordering.

– PayPal: the refund is made directly to your PayPal account within 72 hours on average

– credit card and transfer: the refund is made to the linked account.

The time frame for receiving the refund depends on the time frame specific to your bank.

 

Who pays the return costs?

The costs of return, cost and organization of transport, is entirely at the expense of the Customer.

Please note that if customs fees have been paid upon receipt by the buyer, they will not be eligible for a refund.

The work must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
